Deplorable (Pathetic) Service
<p>Mcdonald's, Springs, Gauteng, ZA</p> <p> </p> <p>I placed an order on 16-03-2017, 18:01 (Basic order, nothing to rave about) for delivery 8km away from my house.</p> <p> </p> <p>An hour and a half later 90min I called ********** 623 to verify where the hell the food is... The lady notified me the driver left 15 min ago. So it already takes more or less 70min to make the food and get it into the vehicle. So much for fast food.</p> <p> </p> <p>The driver called me 15 min later saying he is in my street and should go stand outside in the steet so he can see me (Stupid and hungry as I was I did) but he was nowhere in sight. So I gave up and called him from my own personal phone to help him.</p> <p> </p> <p>When he arrived 2 hours or 120min late the food was cold, so I refused to accept the food as I did not order cold food, got enough of that in my fridge.</p> <p> </p> <p>So now I had to explain to my 5 year old daughter why she is not getting the food she asked for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered KFC and was delivered in 30min (still warm).</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not make use of your business anymore.</p>
