Delivery, What Delivery?

<p>I have been on hold for over 15 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>My order was made almost 40 minutes prior to the estimated delivery time… I checked the progress of the order which should have arrived between 13:40 and 13:55</p> <p> </p> <p>It is 14:07 and I still have not received my order???</p> <p> </p> <p>I checked the progress and my order is not even in progress????</p> <p> </p> <p>I want a response, I paid and that was done immediately, I want what I paid for and I expect an answer for the delay as this is not how you treat customers!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now been put through to the mc donands in rivonia after speaking to a call centre agent who told the manager of that mcDonalds, Ronald, that I am in Katherine street/ave.</p> <p> </p> <p>My delivery details are very clear in where I am based????</p>
