delivery time

am so angry with Mcdonald i ordered my food at 10am and did the 2 hour advance thing and i only received my order at 2pm which it was suppose to be delivered at 1pm why do you guys have that stupid advance thing on your online shop if you cant even keep to that i will never use the McDonald app nor your online store i rather use other fast food store apps that are reliable that keep there word i shouldn't have even paid for that food could have cancelled it once the driver came here because anyways my lunch was over i already ordered from a reliable fast food app that delivered on time such inconvenience am so not happy with the service
