delivery takes 4 hours

I placed an order about 4hours ago via telephone and did not receive any delivery yet. During the 4hours i have called 5times wasting more than R50 airtime. Eikestad mall called me and then said they will now only deliver it which was almost an hour ago. The manager informed me it will take 15minutes only.<br> <br> I am really dissapointed with Mcdonalds and especially on their Birthday, their service is terrible.<br> <br> This my second complaint, first i received old food and now late delivery of 4hours.
