Delivery never happened however money was deducted from my account.

I wanted to order food online and McDonald’s website directed me to the Scoots website. I placed the order at 12:24 and it said deliver time will be 42-47 minutes and that the ETA was 13:06, which is acceptable. The money was immediately taken off my bank account. It is now 14:06, a whole hour after the ETA and I still haven’t received my order and the worse part there is nobody that can be contacted to find out what is actually going on, there is a bot to chat to but the options are so limited, I can’t find out what the problem is. I don’t know if the order was actually placed, however the money was taken from my account and am I actually going to get my order or should I make another plan??? This is actually the second time I ordered and didn’t get the order, the first time the money was deposited back into my account after days but what’s the purpose of wanting to order for delivery as convenience?
