Delivery Man with a **** attitude

I am appalled and disgusted at the service I consistently receive from McDonald's Lyndhurst... If it is not messed up orders it is **** attitude. So I place an order for a McFeast Deluxe Ref: 470-10/01/2 ********** 0, strictly asked for a extra large orange juice... The driver decides to bring me an extra large cola. After I indicate that I asked for juice not cola he tells me that he will take the cola back and bring me my orange juice 45-60min later.

So I asked if I had to now wait for an hour after he was the one who stuffed up my order... He then tells me that I either accept that or cancel because he has other orders and does not want complaints from them. From there as the driver walk away he utters in Zulu that next time I should go get my order... Thinking that I can't hear Zulu #***

So my order gets messed up and he's not concerned about that but rather complaints he does not need from the other orders.

WOW McDonalds you done did it again and this is after I had already had an order messed up and complained about the order (getting small chips with a McFeast deluxe with everything upsized). It took you weeks to respond and even when I received a call all I got was a pathetic sorry without any explanation so say the least.
