Delivery cancelled

I placed an order for three cheeseburgers at McDonald's Polokwane on 11/12/2020 at 13:32 for delivery. I paid the amount of R89.00, delivery included. Estimated delivery time 14:20-14:35. After two hours passed, and no delivery, I tracked my order, and it was cancelled, and no notifications were received. I tried phoning both McDonald's in Polokwane, but there was no answer. Now I have R89.00 less in my bank account, and no food in my stomach.
