delivery app is disgraceful

Last night I used the delivery App for the first time. I placed an order at 18:30 and expected delivery was latest 19:45, which in itself is shocking. My first call to the call centre to follow up was at 19:58 when it hadn't arrived and the app reflected it as delivered. the operator was extremely unhelpful and rude. second call was at 20:09 and again no help at all. I just got told that it was on it's way. the driver eventually arrived at 20:35. I returned my order as due to your app giving me problems it added orders to my basket and the food was cold. the driver told me that I was outside the delivery area which I find ridiculous and there are 2 stores within 3 km of my house. I had no contact to inform me of any delay. I have 3 children in the house and had to eventually go and buy food for them in order for them to eat. I am yet to have any contact again after sending 3 e-mails and 4 phone calls to get my money back. your service doesn't even suck, it is non existent and I will endeavour to make sure that no one I know falls into the same trap. this is beyond disgusting. they do not care about their customers.
