Delivery

I ordered food for my kids at 7:15 on Saturday night and I was told my order would be delivered in 45 min, after 1 and hour we called for the second time to check on the order and we were told the the food was ready but they were still waiting for a driver to collect the food, I asked to talk to a manager who said she was sorry for the delay but they only have one driver, and she still asks if she should still deliver the order once the driver arrives back at the store. How are you supposed to do deliveries on a Saturday night with one driver is beyond me.
