Delivery 2 hours late and double charged

I have ordered online many times for delivery, without a hitch. This time I ordered and the food never came. Calle the shop, no they will send out the driver. He never came. Called again, so they will send the driver (as he couldn't find the address, although they have delivered there 10 times before!). 2 hours later I get my food. Was supposed to be lunch, but now it's dinner as I was on my way home already!<br> <br> They try to charge my credit card (as the online credit card payment screen NEVER works and crashes) on-site with a remote card-reader, but it supposedly fails 5 times. The store manager phones me to say I have to pay cash rather, but I have none, and will draw for the next day. On the next day I phoned many times to ask if they still want the cash payment, but no answer. Also two of the 5 times of failures did go through.<br> <br> The most expensive burger meal ever!<br> <br> I will never eat McDonald's again. No big loss.
