Delivered less than what was paid for

I placed an order through the McDelivery system(which took about an hour...). The food was delivered but only once the driver was gone did I realise that I was only given a medium fries instead of the Xlarge I ordered. If I had gotten any sort of reply or answer to my phone calls I would not have resorted to this. I called all 3 numbers on the receipt multiple times and no answer.
