Delivered Late, with the wrong order.

So I literally live 6 mins drive away from McDonnald's, but i made the mistake of trying their online ordering system https://www.mcdeliverysa.co.za , thinking it would be quicker. When I normally order Cheeseburgers for my 2 daughters at the drive through, we usually ask for the pickles and the onions to be removed, as they dont like them. So when I placed the online order, I specifically said in the "Special Instructions" box - "Please Remove the pickles and Onions from the cheeseburgers. NO Pickles & Onions".

After 45 mins of waiting, I phone the 'customer care line' where they phone the closest store to ask where my order is, and they drop my phone call. The store phones me and say they are busy with the order. "BUSY" ? *** does that mean? I wait 15 more mins (no-one phones me back), so I phone them again. No the lady says to me my order is marked as completed about 30 mins, like it's my fault. So she phones the store again, and she say's that the driver has left. 1 hour and 10 mins later the guy arrives, delivers, and he's off again. Open up the food, and you guessed it... there's pickles and onions on the Cheeseburgers. Girls are crying from Hunger already, and they don't want the cheeseburgers with the pickles and onions on them. So I phone the customer care line again, explain the situation, and they say they'll bring me a new batch.

10 mins later they guy arrives, I give him the bag of cheeseburgers, and he gives me the new ones, and he leaves, and finally after 1 hours and 25 mins my girls can eat something. I should never have ordered online. Moral of the story... Don't buy from the online ordering system, it's just going to spoil your day, as it did mine. The staff are ***********, late to react and can't follow simple instructions. I'm really hating McDonald's right now.
