Delft McDonald is a *****

There's a big ***** going on at Delft McDonald. I ordered food, paid with my debit card. The money was deducted from my account but they refused to serve my food. I had to call FNB to return my money. It's five days after, no food and money is yet to be returned to my account. The embarrassment is even worse than the money that went off my account. They make me look like I've done something wrong meanwhile they are the one committing ***** against me. I hope I can eventually get my R267 returned to my account by FNB.
