Delayed delivery

Seeing that Mc Donalds is a fast food outlet, i dont understand how fast does 3 hours or more for a delivery to be delivered...every excuse in the book was used when i phoned in for my order and after 3 hours i still did not receive my food....service is pathetic....cant understand how they put emphasis on their brand.
