Delayed delivery

I placed an online order for the N1 city branch which I am less than 5min away from. Delivery was supposed to take place from 18:05 - 18:20, I called the call center and the lady advised they were not notified that the order would be late, at 18:30 I called the N1 city store and they advised the delivery guy is on his way because they have 5 orders waiting and only 1 delivery guy. I think the expected delivery time should be changed if you know you only have one delivery guy especially because I had to wait for it during my 30min lunch break and now have to eat cold McDonalds. FYI: delivery only took place at 18:45.
