DELAYED AND INCOMPLETE ORDER

I placed an order at the mcdonalds in Benoni at the Kit-Kat centre.

I ordered 10 chicken nuggets which is stipulated comes with 2 dips. I ordered an extra dip at an additional cost.

I placed my order at 16:00 and their system did not show that my order was being prepared or was in transit.

I only received my order at 18:45 and they only gave me 4 nuggets and no dips at all. I have also not received a refund or coupon.

I have tried to contact them several times but to no avail.

I will never order from them again and have advised everyone to refrain from ordering there again.
