Death of customer service... McDonald Lever Road, Midrand

Staff at McDonald on Lever Road, or the woman who came to block cars from accessing the drive through ordering point, needs a refresher in customer service. Better yet, she needs to move to another industry, nothing to do with customer interfacing. This individual walked out of the store and came to the drive through. There were 8 cars in the queue, I am certain your cameras will verify this. This person stood between cars 4 and 5, and advised that cars 5, 6, 7 and 8 would not be served. We were already in the queue. You literally turn customers away, in the queue. I attempted to appeal to her, stating that we had bought food at Burger King across the road, we just needed drinks. I must have been speaking French, she ignored me in her most smug approach. Bad taste in my mouth. McDonald at Lever Toad, train your staff. They either come out earlier, so that cars do not accumulate, at whatever time you close or, do as Pick n Pay and other retail stores, and stop service after the last car. How do we sit in the queue for a few minutes already, to then be told to turn back. So rudely, as though we were coming for freebies and she had exhausted her day's quota of freebies.
