Dead insect in McDonalds fries

Bought a the Mc'D Share Bag (@McDonalds Doornfontein) with my roommates and amongst one of the fries we found a dead insect. This is honestly unacceptable. I believe every takeaway outlet needs to have a health inspection, clearly McDonalds SA missed the memo! So dissappointed.
