Day Light *******!! Took my money and did not deliver my food!!

I ordered food from Mc Donalds Blue Hills Midrand on the Mr Delivery app. The restaurant phoned me and said that they did not have what i wanted and suggested a few other options. I politely said no and asked for a refund. The gentleman on the line said they will refund me. It is 5 days later and I still have not received my money back!! On the app the restaurant indicated that they could not deliver my food due to unforeseen circumstances. I have logged two complaints with Mr Delivery and still nothing!! I demand my money back from Mc Donalds Blue Hills in Midrand!!
