Day Light *******

Went to Mcdonald's Bellville drive thru in Strand Road for lunch. Charges me R4.50 for Xtra Sauce then does not put it on my burger..

They ALWAYS DO THIS!!!!! its so frustrating paying for something then not getting it. I left the drive thru without checking and was not worth it wasting more money in fuel to drive back for the sauce..

Yes its only R4.50 but multiply that by 100 customers a day who dont get their xtra sauce but paid for it = R450 MCd's makes... Now Multiply that by 30days = R13 500 .... Multiply that buy 12 months = THAT IS R162 000 MCd's is *****ing from their Customers!!!!

This is so *********. Hire people who take pride in their work by giving what the customer asked for and not rushing to just get the order done. They should be reading the Order slip and making sure its right before the customer gets it. Not the Customer to check...
