Damaged food delivered and cold

I ordered a meal from McDonalds through scoot and the order was delivered torn apart and the colddrinks spilled half full.my order number was 141408 delivered by a Alex .he said he drove over a speed hump and that is how my order was damaged yet he insisted I take the order cold and wet as it was this is unacceptable and I will be posting this on Facebook so that people know.
