Damaged Bicycle

Good Day We visited your branch in Plattekloof yesterday (08/01/2019) at 08:28 am. We were on our way back from a holiday and had our brand new bicycle, which we had just collected, on the roof of our bakkie. As we approached the drivethrough we checked and we were clear of the height restriction. We pulled up to place our order and on pullaway the bicycle hit your canopy over the order speaker. The bicyle was damaged !!! Why would you have a height restriction sign yet make that lower????? I would appreciate some feedback please Kristie De Villiers

PS I did send an email on the 9th January 2019 - NO RESPONSE
