Customers need to open store?

Cnr William Nicol Dr , Fourways Blvd, Fourways, Johannesburg, 0011 Every morning they say systems are offline or you have to actually remind them to open. When they do finally open the drive thru is not working and you need to walk in store. After minutes of debate between themselves someone finally comes to the till to take your order. This is not proper customer service
