Customer Service Training is NEEDED at Dobsonville McDonald's!!!

I ordered 2 big tasty Meals (chicken and beef). I waited to pay for some good time, for 'Promise' to come receive my payment. She didn't greet, but handed out her hand. No smile at all, and I had to greet. Few mins later I receive my order and the beef patty was awfully dry, tasted like cardboard. I regret spending my money at McDonald's Dobsonville!!!
