Hello Mc D @Carnival Mall

I have been very patient with the service that you provide ,but now I am convinced that something needs to be done . I ordered with Mr D as going to the store the service is very poor ..staff render the service because they have to not because they want to..alway rude and never service with a smile ...when I received the order ,because the order was so big and I had visitors I didnt check thr order...when serving the order was one meal short ..I had immediately notified Mr D at the time and was assured that the meal.would have been sent . The next morning I went to the store ..I was told that sorry for the incident but I need to take it up with Mr D and they are unable to assist further .Before I left I asked the Manager ,how is it possible that I need to take it up with Mr D as they render a service and you have provided incomplete service....no answer..just sorry we cannot help further and the manager walked away ...

I was gobsmacked...utmost dismay I left I am sorry ..I will never buy from McD Carnival mall ever ever again
