Customer Service Go down after card problem..

I went to MCD Boksburg today and queued up in the drivethru. I placed my order but upon paying my first tap was declined. So then the cashier suggested that we keep on trying and tried 3 additional times, the 5th time she asked me to insert my card into the machine which I did but it still declined, although there was available funds in the account. I then parked as I was asked and saw that my order was not even being prepared anymore. I asked where an ATM was and told the cashier I would be back in a few minutes, just as I left I received 5 sms'and my bank confirmeds that the amount indeed was debited 6 times from my acWhat made it worse is she told me to come back ""On Monday"" and speak to the financial person. I received only 5 refunds from MCD and await the 6th reverse.. I will definitely for a long time never buy from MCD again ! ! !
