Customer service from management

Standing at the McCafe counter wanting to place my order, the woman behind the counter practically chases me to the other counter without any explanation & makes me feel like I did something stupid by trying to place my order at that counter. So I go over to where she sent me and the guy over there wants to send me back to the McCafe counter, to which I responded that they had sent me from there, he shouts accross to her saying something that needed translating, then takes my order. When I go back to the McCafe counter to collect my order, she looks at it as if there's a problem, so I ask her what the problem is, and instead of responding to me,she turns her back, mumbles something that needs translating and walks away only to return with another woman, Fundi Toto.Then I ask her what the issue is and she too walks away this time though she returns with ice for my frappes. I finally get my order, only to discover that it tastes like water, so I return to the counter to explain this and with attitude she tells me that it's made with ice and water, after explaining that it never tasted bad, then with attitude again, she asks if I want my money back. Half my lunch hour over
