Customer service and tech reliance

The Mc D’s in Auckland is really not customer friendly, after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes I get to the window only then to find out that they system is down, the least they could have done is put a cone by the drive through or something to indicate that they were currently not working...I’m really not pleased
