Customer service

Good morning just went to McDonald's Protea Glen to buy at 7:05 chains were still locked went around to a window there was a lady told her there 2 car waiting still not opening waited another 10 minutes we to the window again the gentleman(manager without name tag) told me the system is not working I asked him why they don't come out and tells system not working because we not working we don't know what's happening that's not customer service, went for the third time to talk tj the manager is the same guy I Spoke to earlier now system .am so disappointed my daughter ate something she didn't want date 17/11/2021 time 7:05 am
