Customer Service

The store says they open at 8:00 however on the last 3 occasions i have been there it’s not the case so today i decided to knock on the window for assistance then the lady that was dressed as a manager opened & greeted then she went to be on her phone i then went to the portal for self service i took a eat in option but to pay at the counter cause it wanted to add something that was not on the self service i paid then went to sit down after couple of minutes the lady came to me to tell me that they did not have grilled onion which did not make sense to me seeing that i was their first customer i then asked what is that they can replace it with she said besides raw onion they have nothing else which i declined thereafter my order took way longer than expected & i was in a bit of a rush when my order came but i still sat down to try & enjoy my meal only to realise that they did not give me a sachet of salt,pepper & tomato sauce i had to stand up & go ask for them from the lady who was still on her phone she then looked for them under the counter & she went to the kitchen i assumed to go ask the people in the kitchen about them while on her phone she then said they will bring them to me i went back to my sit annoyed at this stage because of this appauling service then they brought it i then asked for a manager they showed me the lady on the phone which shocked me as im thinking she should know to ask to be excused on the phone a little to attend to the customer but none of that happened & there came another lady in a blue T-shirt & a apron who then said to me she’s also a manager i then related my complaints to her & she asked me what i wanted i said to her for them to improve their service but what made me completely forget about my convo with her & threw me off was when i was about to put sugar in my tea there was no milk & had to stand up again & go ask for milk which i did and i was told that i didn’t ask for it while busy attending to something & i said but no one asked & what im not sure about now is all the McDonalds i have went to they would ask or put milk unless i say i did not want which it never happens i am really not happy about the service in McDonalds Fourways the ones in Soweto are even 99.9% way better you would expect to get much more in Fourways
