Customer neglect

On the 2nd December 2021 I was at Mcdonald Westgate and orders a hazelnut iced coffe and a poppy seed ****in. I am so sad at the treatment I got. I ordered at 3:30pm by 3:45 I had not got my order when I asked, they told me another colleague is going to fetch the poppy seed ****in at their Mc caffe in the same mall. I asked for a refund after I saw how uncaring they were towards me. I'm still at Westgate and I feel so sad and disrespected by my favorite fast food outlet. I just wanted a cold cuppucino and a ****in after a difficult day at work. I'm so disappointed 😥
