Customer is not a priority

I visited Macdonald Marlboro gardens with my family where we ordered and decided to sit in since it was the time of loadshedding, so once we received our food i realized my kids are shaking due to the air conditioning it was very cold, i then stood up and requested the cashier to please let the manager to switch it off since it was very cold. The manager responded and said i will attend you,and he never did, i went again and told the cashier to call him for me, she did ask for him but he never showed up. now my kids are coughing and really didn't enjoy my stay in there and i dont think i will ever visit there again.
