Customer champion

We had a very bad experience at McDonald's Tokai. Bad staff attitude from certain member, rude and and disrespectful, even though they got my Big Mac wrong thrice. We insisted on refund and went to KFC down the road. Was a much better meal. We reported this to their management online, and received a call from Washiela Coti. She was extremely polite, friendly and empathetical. She invited my wife and I to the restaurant, and some time later we went to resolve the matter. She personally made me a Big Mac and my wife chicken nuggets and assured us that appropriate action was to be taken against the staff member. We were happy with that, as action had been warranted against this rude person. Even though we still will no longer be visiting this McDonald's, as there is one down the road, Washielas customer services is beyond point. She is awesome towards everybody. Thank you Washiela for showing us that awesome customer services still exist.
