Customer Care is non existant, why not just close it down as well.

I just want to say that i do not know why Mcdonalds even have a Customer Care. Most unfriendly and unhelpful help from Customer Care.

Close down your customer care because the people there do not care, they only there for the salary every month.

Your Mcdelivery is a disaster, the site does not work, when i try to contact about it, I get the most unhelpful help ever. I gave up and will NEVER try your Mcdelivery **** again.

Thanks for nothing. I know the real management will never see this, the customer care person there will just cover for his co-workers and delete this.

So i am done with Mcdonalds.
