*****ed and utterly disgusted!

<p>The worst service ever!!! MCDONALDS PROTEA MALL: on Sat 20/5/17 at 21:01:12 I purchased 1 mc feast medium meal, 1 large mc feast, 1 medium big mac meal and 20 nuggets via the drive through! OF WHICH I PAID FOR IN FULL! I was give everything else expect my big mac burger and large fries! I called the store when i got home at 21:30 and decided to open my packs to eat and noticed that not everything was in there and Mduduzi gave me the contact number for the store manager Trevor who made endless promises to make sure I would get my missing items on the following day 21/5/17 which never happened. The bright spark store manager decided to buzz my cellphone yesterday and when I got back to him he flat out ignored me! If that is the service that soweto gives to their customers then it shall be known off! Utterly disgusted!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not about not getting my paid for meal but the whole principle of customer service. They keep making mension of "mistakes that happy, human errors" of which I understand but the fact that I gave them over 24 hours to do right and no one has bothered to say something simply means there is not respect of us customers and our hard earned money!! I have been asking them where I need to lay an official complaint and no one wants to tell me which platform to use. </p>
