Cresta McDonalds leaves much to be desired

I wish to make a complaint against Cresta McDonald's. Firstly upon my friend and myself entering the store the tables were filthy with no staff insight to clean them. Secondly upon receiving my order the Junior Cheese Burger was cold I then returned it and received a replacement however as my friend ate it she discovered the pattie was not cooked properly. My Big Mac was also at best luke-warm as were the chips which were also far less than what I usually receive in a Big Mac XXL (super sized) meal. This experience has caused me to not want to give McDonalds my business as Im sick and tired of recieving sub standard service regarding their food. Please note this is not the first time we have been subjected to this.
