"CRAZY SERVICE"

I went to Mdconald's in Menlyn on 21/03/2018 with my family, we went to the drive through and when we tried to place our order at the intercom the guy taking the order was extremely rude and abrupt, he was rushing us and was clearly very impatient,we have 2 toddlers and we asked him to give us a moment while we were getting what they wanted to order, he went dead silent on the intercom, we asked if he was there he just kept quiet, he ultimately answered and took the order rushing us and continued being impatient, when we proceeded to his window to pay things got even worse, I asked him why he was being so impatient and rushing us and explained that we are clients and deserve to be given a chance hence there is a menu at the drive through to look at and decide on what to order, he blew a fuse, raised his voice and got into a fighting mode out of nowhere like a mad man,he told us we were wasting his time(while pointing at his wrist watch to show the time) he works on time and we can't waste his time, I asked him why on earth would he talk to clients like that, he said clients or not the fact is that he does not want his time to be wasted, I directly asked him if it did not matter that we were paying clients to be treated like that, he said he does not care he does not own McDonald, he was speaking on Tsonga,he thought I could not understand the language little did he know that my mother tongue is actually Tsonga, he proceeded to say that we should drive off as we were wasting more of his time, I asked for him name which he refused to give, when he saw me taking his name down from his name tag he tried to put his hand on the tag but I had already taken the name down. His name is Hlulani Elvis Mavasa. I am not sure if this guy had smoked something or was just drunk as it was a holiday but I have never seen anything like that, I have never been disrespected the way he disrespected us in front of our kid both me and my husband. We asked if this is how he serves his clients with such a sick service, he said in Tsonga again"go to hell,he isn't threated by the fact that we took down his name we can go do what we like he doesn't care", that's when we drove off and took the order and left. I saw no reason to go into the shop and ask for a manager cause I asked myself as to where was the manager when all of this was happening. I want this guy to be dealt with fully ,I cannot take my kids to buy food only to have someone insult and belittle us like that ,i want him to understand that what he did is totally unacceptable and I want him never to treat anyone else the way he treated us!
