****py delivery service a great dissappointmnet!

This is the second consecutive day that I have been getting a bad service with regards to the delivery services offered by McDonald's Braamfontein, Johanesburg branch. First order was received an hour late, after a hustle, and the other two hours later!! <br> <br> 1) Firstly, the online booking system works on a random basis. One has to 'hope' that at least the system is working before they can order. Management seems not be aware of the frequent 'temporary' system shutdowns. I'm sorry, but n that position it is expected of you to know at first hand when there are no online orders being received within a certain period, with reference to the average number of orders received online within that specific time. <br> <br> 2) Secondly, the online order menu doesn't allow one the option like they would receive in store. I can't order chips aside, or play around with menu without choosing those fixed meals presented. I personally don't like your combinations.<br> <br> 3)Thirdly, please advise your drivers to be customer friendly. They're not just drivers, like they form a different component of McD, they represent the branch as well. There is as well poor food handling. Accepted a spilled drink, coz of hunger
