****piest Mcds service ever!!

I just had a terrible experience with The Palms McDonald's. I called asking to place an order and the lady is so rude and gives her colleague the phone who was just as rude! The second lady tells me to call customer care and starts calling out the number, I tell her to wait cause I hadn't gotten a pen and paper. She proceeds to tell her colleague that I told her to wait and they continue to talk about me as if I'm not on the phone. It literally took me 2 seconds to get ready for the number and now the lady is just having a fat chat with her friend, I am now the idiot screaming "Hello?!" a hundred times to get attention. Wow!
