So yesterday, on our way to the hospital, already a ****py sotuation, we quickly stopped at the McDolnalds just up the road from Sunward Park Hospital. My husband has the app so he wanted to redeem his free upsize. Firstly we had to wait for about 2 minutes before the lady took our order over the machine. There were no cars before us. We had to call for assistance. She then was extremely rude to my husband and refused to let him do the redeem through her, as they only redeem on the inside of the shop. This is funny, because all the other McDonald's redeem at the window. Anyway, to make matters worse, while talking to her, she took another order, ignoring us right infront of her, took her sweet time to take the money and "forgot" about the change that she needed to give. We had to once again call her attention, still busy with the customar behind us. Needless to say, we did not redeem the upsize, and the burger was all wrong.
