Covid protocol not followed

I am extremely concerned by McDonald's in capricorn muizenberg. There is no thermometer to take your temperature on a sheet to write you name and contact details which I feel serves no purpose if your temperature was not taken. The initial experience was disgusting from the moment we stepped into the restaurant to the time we left. My partner and I stood at the self service mach deciding wat we going to have and because their ice cream machine was off as usual our initial idea of just getting desert was now something of the past and since we were there we rather decided to have something to eat. Because we took a while deciding wat we wanted a floor assistant approached us which I was greatful for but until she started engaging with us. She had a filthy attitude and made us feel stupid as if we dont know how to work the self service machine. This totally put me off from actually wanting to eat and only then ordered food for my partner only. She then very abruptly instructed us to write down out details on a page with a unsanitized pen. Wen my partner incorrectly entered the date she spoke down on him with sooo much attitude in a way where we felt so uncomfortable in the restaurant. When we left the restaurant we approached the door where we entered which was now locked. My partner then unlocked the door and as we were about to step out a staff member shouted at us that we should use the other door. Because we were already out it made no sense to turn back , go inside and exit by the other door. I personally would not go back to McDonald's capricorn simply because covid protocol is not being followed and also because of the ****py service received
