Covid 19 regulations not adhered to even by manager

I was at the store at West Street branch Durban. At arout 11H10 waiting for my order, there was a guy that came in the store wearing no musk and he was just holding it on his right hand together with a handbag written DIY. He was wearing a white t-shirt with grey tight jeans. He walked straight to the counter where we collect our order stood the and chatted to the lady who is apparently a manager called Hlengiwe. He was practically leaning over the counter with no musk on. They even greeted each other with an elboy. I was so shocked and disappointed at the same time because she did not care that her friend I presume as they were chatting and loughing with each other. Why on earth was the guy allowed in the store, can I have an explanation or can we therefore all be allowed the same. You can confirm this on your ccv cameras.
