Continuous bad service

I stop at your little falls outlet every morning for my breakfast and have done so for more than a year, I am getting fed up with the bad service, sitting at the drive through for almost 20 minutes, they hand you warm orange juice with ice, really? who puts ice in their orange juice, over the last weeks the service has really deteriorated, when you send a mail to the email listed on the slip they dont even bother to respond. Your service is bad and I will no longer buy from your outlet
