constant pathetic service

This branch always offers nothing but bad service,on my part countless times.There is always something that is not working,not yet ready for use (coffee machine etc),old or stale fries or buns,I don't really understand how they can call themselves a fast food restaurant/drive through because you are basically always asked to park and wait for something,and when you reply saying that you will not park and that you will wait right there in the line-magically your food is immediately handed to you??I understand that this is a company that does not respond to complaints but nonetheless-they deserve a bad review.
