Constant delay on food

I placed an order at 12:09 online for McDonalds Observatory. I was told on the website that this would be delivered at 12:55.

It is now 13:01 and the website hasnt updated to say that the order is out for delivery.

I just called the call center and the guy who assisted me cannot get hold of the store. Which is not exactly a new thing considering you can never get hold of the store because either they dont answer the phone or the phone goes to a fax line.

And in cases like this they generally send you old food, which is not on considering you pay for the food, the least I expect is for my food to be fresh.

I'm so tired of the ****py service received from this branch as myself and my colleague have already escalated this to the customer care/head office, but now we back at square one again.
