Consistently Poor Quality and I’m Done

MCDONALD’s THREE RIVERS…. This is the third time I’ve given this McDonald’s branch a chance, and I’m officially done.

The nuggets are consistently half-cooked. Not slightly under — properly undercooked. That’s not just poor quality, it’s unacceptable. The McFlurry? Always watery and badly made. It’s like no one checks what they’re serving.

What makes this worse is that the McDonald’s in the CBD gets it right every single time. Same brand, completely different standards. The only reason I kept trying this branch is because it’s literally around the corner. Now I’d rather drive to the CBD or specifically select the CBD branch on the Mr D app than risk wasting my money again.

I’ve also heard similar complaints from someone else, so this clearly isn’t just a one-off experience.

At this point, I won’t be stepping foot — or even driving — to this branch again. Convenience means nothing if the food quality and basic standards aren’t there.
