Condescending and uncalled for treatment

This morning, 2017/09/16, we drove all the way from our house to get burgers for our two kids at Mc Donalds on the corner of Burger Street and Chief Albert in Pietermaritzburg. Getting there at 11:45 we went onto the Drive-Thru since it's quicker. On that intercom we asked the lady for 2 small burgers, beef. She rudely rep**** asking what's the name of the burger. We said the smallest burger size you have, can we have two of them. She insisted saying they have so many burgers at Mc Donalds we have to specify the name of the burger we want. At some point we were trying to explain and she just went silent on us. The way she treated us was so uncalled for.

Seeing that she wasn't willing to assist us at all, we then said it's fine we'll try to find parking and go inside. When i got inside i said exactly the same thing i had said to that lady and the lady assisting me new instantly what i wanted. The only thing she asked is whether i wanted the burger to be chicken or beef and that was it.
