concerned customer

i write this as i am a concerned customer, Today i was at Ghandi square and i couldn't buy a medium meal and the person who was assisting me didn't bother to explain why the medium meal was unavailable, i went ahead and bought a large meal. once i had received my ordered, i noticed that there was ice in my cool drink even thou i specifically said no ice, when i got to work i noticed that i had half fries in my packet, i honestly feel **********. i honestly hate going to ghandi square mc d's because the experience and service is always appalling.
