Completely unsatisfied

Honestly i wouldnt even give them 1 star, the Mcdonalds in Raisethorpe, Pietermaritzburg never ever has ice cream or milkshake. Today is the 4th time we have been there and there are signs from the manager and when we ask if they are getting ice cream any time soon the answer is always no, its becoming so hot and Mcdonalds is famous for their ice creams, why is it such an effort, i mean shouldnt they be stocking considering the change in weather. It is becoming increasingly frustrating to go all the way and come back with nothing yet they are a franchise and should not be lacking in any part. Once or twice in a long while can be understood but this is such a short space of time so much so that one could possibly say they NEVER have ice cream
