Complete incompetence by staff and manager

I ordered a meal with no sauce and a milkshake. after paying with my credit card, another customer approached and ordered from the same terminal with a different staff member and they added the amounts to my total. The person helping me then advised that the card was declined and swiped again including the other customers order. after i indicated that she made a mistake and that I was debited twice, she tried to do a refund with no success. I asked her to call a manager and after debating the problem with her for 15min, she finally realized that both orders went through and struggled to reverse the second payment for another 15min. still not knowing if that was successful my account doesn't reflect a reversal, i started waiting for food, after 10min I asked how long it will take, and they thought I cancelled both orders. then they advised me that the milkshake was not available. eventually after another 10min I got my food and went to my office just to realize there was sauce on the burger. going back with everything and fighting for another 15min they gave me R54 for the second order, not even the full amount of R77 i paid. wasted 75 minutes of my life with no lunch....Useless
